Hello! I’m Angelo Habib and I’m one of the founders of Olympus Boxing Club. My journey started in Martial Arts at the age of 7. I'd go wherever my older brother George would go and he took us over to a dojo when I was a kid and that's when I fell in love with Martial Arts.
In 2015 we decided to open our very own boxing club right out of our garage. It started with childhood friends, close schoolmates and some family members. We started having lots of success at Provincial Tournaments and realized we were doing something right. From there, we expanded to our first commercial location in 2017 and have been growing and expanding ever since. I compiled a record of 47-3 as an amateur, winning National, Provincial and Golden Gloves Tournaments and am currently 6-0 with 3 KOs as a Professional Boxer.
I've traveled around the world for competitions and attended training camps with some of the world's most renowned hall of fame boxing coaches. I've personally taken many fighters to Provincial, National and Professional levels in this sport and I am always looking forward to finding the next prodigy that walks through our doors at Olympus, I hope to see you here soon!

Hi! My name is George Habib and I’m one of the original founders of Olympus Boxing Club. I've been Involved in martial arts, boxing, kickboxing and the fitness industry for nearly 20 years. I competed professionally in kickboxing from 2005-2010, then switched my focus to boxing. I have been coaching my younger brother Angelo since 2011 through his amateur career before his pro career started in 2019.We founded OBC in 2015 with the goal of creating a safe space where anyone could learn the sport without feeling judged or intimidated. Since then, I have coached over 50 athletes at the competitive level to see several of them join provincial and national teams.
In 2020, I took a step back from coaching to dedicate myself to relearning this beautiful craft and learning new techniques to pass on to the next generation. I am back, fully recharged and ready to pass on my passion for this sport to those willing to learn. I look forward to coaching you soon!

My name is Aaron Wilson and I'm a coach at Olympus Boxing Club.I have been training in various forms of martial arts for two decades now and have competed professionally in Kickboxing and Muay Thai.In addition to my extensive martial arts experience, I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2010. Specializing in various strength & conditioning modalities, I create and implement specific programs tailored to the client's goals and needs. My whole training outlook is all about finding the optimal settings necessary for each client so they can look and feel their best.
I currently teach the Muay Thai class at noon on Tuesdays & Thursdays. If you’ve thought about trying it out, I highly encourage it!

Hey guys! My name is Ramon and I am a coach at Olympus Boxing Club. I’ve been boxing for about five years now and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Growing up as a teenager, I struggled with socializing with others in school. As soon as I graduated high school, I was not happy with the person that I had become. So with no knowledge of boxing whatsoever, I decided to give boxing a try in order to build my self confidence. I have not looked back since.
As a coach, I enjoy watching my clients progress in their boxing journey. Not only do I see them progress as fighters but more importantly, they begin to demonstrate attitudes such as discipline, hard work and perspective. Attitudes that are applicable in and outside the ring.
If you’re looking for something that will challenge you physically, emotionally and mentally - boxing is the sport for you.

Hi! My name is Bentley and I’m a boxing and fitness trainer, I have extensive experience in Personal Training/Fitness and boxing. I also obtain my Personal Training Diploma and graduated from ELA (Elevated Learning Academy). I have been in the health and lifestyle industry for most of my life also was surrounded by it growing up, I have the experience not only in training and coaching clients but giving great advice on how to reach your goals as well.
I have been coaching at OBC for one year and I have had the opportunity to corner approximately 5+ fights for our athletes. I coach the Fighter’s Class on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. These classes condition our competitive athletes as well as work on technique, form, foot work, coordination and reaction time - all things that will help our fighters in and out of the ring.
I enjoy coaching for the social aspect and getting to know each fighter. Watching my fighters grow physically, mentally and emotionally as they embark on their journey is what motivates me as a coach.

Hey! My name is Amita and I am a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer, PN Certified Nutrition coach and have a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 5 years and have done everything from teaching group fitness, to personal training to nutrition coaching. I specialize in muscle building, weight loss and nutrition.
I myself am a competitive natural bodybuilder and am the owner and founder of Glow Body Nutrition. I have been working out of Olympus Boxing Club for 2 years and I love everything and everyone at this gym. Being a fitness freak, I always struggled to find a connection with others because they never understood the dedication I have to my fitness. Coming to Olympus totally changed that for me and I now feel like I have a place where I belong with people I love!
I believe everyone has the power to embody their inner strength; they just need someone to help them find it. With my clients I focus on not only fitness on the outside but also fitness on the inside. I help my clients through challenging workouts and their nutrition plans using feeling cues to really help people understand their body better and thus achieve long lasting results.

Hey, my name is George! I’ve been boxing for about 10 years and coaching/ training others for about 6 years. I work with all levels of boxers, from competitive amateur boxers to recreational boxers who just enjoy the sport and wish to better themselves. Additionally, I enjoy working with those looking to get into boxing for fitness. I have a very technical approach to boxing - heavily focused on the fundamentals and the skill sets. It is my belief that even if you just want the physical fitness benefits of boxing training, you would want to learn all the correct fundamentals as that will ultimately give you the best workout you can have.I am currently an amateur boxer as well, with multiple golden glove titles, silver glove titles, and most recently a provincial champion. Hey everyone! I'm Tricia (aka Trish) and I’m a boxing trainer, and fighter at Olympus Boxing Club.
What began as a fitness hobby in 2018 evolved into my passion for competitive amateur boxing. In five years, I’ve proudly achieved milestones like Golden Gloves, Silver Gloves, and Provincial Champ titles. I became the #2 Canadian national champion at my first national competition and later contended in the 2023 Pan American Qualifiers.
I’ve seen the challenges that come with competing or recreationally trying out a male-dominated sport so beyond the victories, my hope is to inspire other aspiring female boxers to pursue the fight game for fitness or love of the sport, just as I did.
I’m excited to welcome all of you to boxing and see how much it has to offer inside and out of the gym. I started boxing later than most so I’m a huge advocate that you can pick up your gloves at any age. If you’ve been thinking about it — come on in and let’s get you wrapped up!

Trevor's journey in boxing began at the young age of 14 when he first stepped into the ring as a competitor. Her natural talent and relentless work ethic quickly propelled him to success, earning provincial success and training alongside Canada’s most successful Olympians such as Lennox Lewis, Eggerton Marcus, Mark Simmons, Domenic Filane, Johnson brothers, Nick Farrell and countless professionals. Trained by the late and legendary, Adrian Teodorescu and Boris Gitman (Amateur trainer of world champion Kostya Tszyu)
After retiring from competitive boxing, Trevor transitioned seamlessly into part time coaching, eager to share her knowledge and help others achieve their goals in the ring. Hey everyone! My name is Dakota and I’m a new boxing coach excited to share my knowledge! I’ve been boxing for over 2.5 years.
I am passionate about boxing, fitness and leading a heathly/active lifestyle. I recently graduated from Mount Royal University with a Bachelors of Health and Physical Education. Hi I’m Sammy, a Software Engineer, that has rediscovered his love for boxing and fitness. Years of studying then working behind a computer took its toll fast. Unhappy with my fitness I began a journey that has brought me to the best shape of my life while balancing my engineering career and a baby.
Martial arts has been a passion of mine from the earliest age. I have trained in Karate, Hapkido, Muay Thai, and Boxing. Through out my teens I won several amateur Muay Thai fights in local Calgary tournaments.
It was not easy to get back into martial arts shape after 13 years of little exercise. It took a lot of dedication and research to become physically prepared. Now I’m in my late 30s and have created a lifestyle that balances desk work with the pursuit of my boxing dream.
In your personalized sessions I will help transform your body with routines that include yoga, Pilates, weightlifting and boxing. I only suggest exercises that match your current skill level and build upon it as we go. This makes progress feel exciting and motivating.
